Our Core Values

Another core value at Glass Specialists is “All for One and One for All.” In other words, play for the name on the front of the jersey, not the back. We truly are a team at this company! Even though I’ve been back at school for a few months, I’m still connected with my team. I guess it’s like I’ve been traded to Independent School for the season. (By the way, they are a great team too, as well as my fourth graders.) they even put up a timer to count down the day until till I’m back!

As I was researching this phrase, I was amazed at the number of references. Whether it be from the Bible, or the Latin phrase “Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno”, or the unofficial motto of Switzerland, or from The Three Musketeers, you will find that its underlining meaning is teamwork.
